We accept completed applications at any time. However, we will begin processing applications for new families applying for admission for the 2008-2009 school year on Application Day - February 5, 2008 from 9:00 am - 2:30 pm.
Completed application packets, including all required documentation and a $50 application fee, will be processed on a first come, first served basis. Placement assessments are conducted in late February. Admission decisions are made in March. Although Saint Simon parishioners are given preference, all applications are considered.
Registration Requirements
Your application and the following requirements must be complete in order for registration to be taken. We need to see the following documents (we do not keep original documents; we just need to be able to see them):
- 1. Completed application and student health information form
- 2. Original Immunization Record
- 3. Original or Certified Birth Certificate
- 4. Original Certificate of Baptism (if Catholic)
- 5. For those students who have made their First Communion, verification is needed from the parish where the First Communion was celebrated.
- 6. $50.00 non-refundable application fee
Based on the number of applicants, the order of acceptance is Catholic In-Parish, Catholic Out-of-Parish, siblings of non-Catholic students in our school, other non-Catholics. Screening of applicants takes place in late February, and acceptance and waiting list letters are mailed in March.
